For over 20 years, the founders of the International Centre for Coaching themselves have been on a personal journey of exploration and growth. For it is true, that you cannot fully support someone else's growth and development, if you have not made the journey of self discovery yourself. ​
Our coaches and trainers are highly qualified in coaching and delivery of high quality training. They also have depth in business acumen, next generation leadership trends, and the emerging macro-economic patterns that are shaping this decade leading to 2030.​
Our Vision, is to grow the Coaching Centre into one of the best coaching and leadership development centres in Europe and Internationally. ​
Our Team
Jaime McGrane
The Coaching Centre was founded by Jaime McGrane.
He has 20 years experience in learning, development, coaching,
and training - of managers, senior leaders, and business owners.
​
The Coaching Centre's team is growing, as the demand for impactful
leadership development and coaching skills programs increases.
Not least due to the ever increasing demands and challenges that the
leaders and entrepreneurs of the 2020's face.
​
Our ethos is to offer the highest quality coaching and training to all that avail of our services. We believe in continuous development not just for our clients, but we are committed to that ourselves. If we are going to recommend to our clients that they develop and invest in themselves, we believe in leading from the front.

Jaime has been coaching and developing Talent and Leadership for 20 years. He has worked in various industry sectors, with over 10 years in the fast paced Technology space.
He works closely with leaders to define what the specific needs are for themselves, and their management teams. Bespoke solutions are then designed and delivered to support them on their journey of growth and development.

Laura o'shea
Laura has trained in Mediation and is currently studying Restorative Practices with Maynooth University.

Advisory council
We have an an Advisory Council to support us in how to best support you.
They are leaders in Leadership Development in their own right, and are dedicated to the development of Leaders and Coaches, of the present and future.
Paula Milligan
Paula has specialist knowledge in leadership development and motivational management philosophies with specialisms in authentic leadership, empowerment of people, building trust, cultural change, personality & character, communication and organisational development for the past 20 years.
She is a Leadership Facilitator, Executive Coach and People Strategist, also forming part of the Senior Associate Faculty with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) and continues to deliver on programmes such as their Flagship Diploma in Leadership, High Impact Leadership, High Performance Teams & Communicating for Performance as well as being commissioned for various custom programmes for large corporate clients.
Nick is a learning and development consultant specialising in Organisational and Professional Development with a focus on Leadership, Management, Coaching, Mentoring and organisational transformation.
Nick brings to his training over 25 years practical experience as a leader and manager at various levels during a successful 30-year career.
Nick is experienced in leading high performing teams, delivering organisational outcomes in often challenging circumstances.
Nick has a BA in Leadership and Management, a MSc in Coaching and Mentoring, and is on the Ireland leadership team of the Association for Coaching where he is responsible for professional development.
